Position 1 - Job Description for Test Engineering Assistant:
Responsible to analyze, review and approve customer ECO (Engineering Change Orders) and Implement ECO for Engineering related.
Responsible to develop and maintain (review and approve) Work Instructions, Equipment procedures and Validation / Verification protocol & report etc.
Responsible to develop and maintain Chemical samples, Test methods etc. for production line
Responsible to provide training to production personnel on Work Instructions and Equipment procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve daily production line test equipment and test failure issues and improve First Pass Yield.
Responsible to review and approve Incident Reports, if any.
Maintain Consigned/In-house test equipment and conduct PM (Preventive Maintenance) and repair support as required.
Participate in periodic Validation/Calibration activities to ensure smooth running of production line.
Participate in LEAN activities pertaining to Cycle Time, Test, Safety and Yield improvements for Line balancing and capacity studies.
Other tasks as and when required and directed by Engineer.
Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.
Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures.
Position 2 - Job Description for Manfacturing Engineering Assistant:
Responsible to analyze, review and approve customer ECO (Engineering Change Orders) and Implement ECO for Engineering related.
Responsible to develop and maintain (review and approve) Bill of Material, Work Instructions and Validation / Verification protocol & report etc.
Responsible to provide training to production personnel on Work Instructions.
Attend Line quality issues and trouble shoot Engineering related issues.
Responsible to review and approve Incident Reports, if any.
Maintain Consigned/In-house Tooling, Jig and Fixtures and conduct PM (Preventive Maintenance) and repair support as required.
Coordinate with FA engineer and perform First Article qualification of parts.
Participate in periodic Validation/Calibration activities to ensure smooth running of production line.
Participate in LEAN activities pertaining to Cycle Time, Process, Safety and Yield improvements for Line balancing.
Responsible for Line set-up and providing the design and method of handling, labeling and storage of KTE box and Milk-Run Trolley.
Other tasks as and when required and directed by Engineer.
Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs

Requirements:
Requires a Diploma / ITC / NTC in Mechatronics / Chemical / Electrical
Technical knowledge of Test Trouble-shooting and / or System box build Assembly English speaking - other languages desirable PC Literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Good technical and commercial communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good team player
Equipment knowledge Such as Computer, Optical Device, Hi-pot tester, Soldering equipment, Functional tester, electronic measuring instrument. etc) and other machine.
