Job Summary:

• Working Location: Tuas

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:40am - 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Monitor and maintain building facilities and equipment (e.g., ACMV, pumps, compressors, cooling towers, fire safety systems).

• Troubleshoot and resolve onsite mechanical, plumbing, hydraulic, and electrical issues, or coordinate with specialists/contractors when needed.

• Supervise and manage outsourced service contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms.

• Handle documentation and records management, and perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
