Senior Mechanical Engineer | Semicon Equipment | JIAW (ID: 674429) - #1094586

Key Responsibilities:

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements for the vision module and translate them into innovative mechanical designs.

·         Develop detailed 3D models, drawings, and specifications for components and assemblies.

·         Conduct feasibility studies and performance assessments to optimize the design for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.

·         Perform structural analysis and simulations to ensure the design meets performance and reliability requirements.

·         Drive design reviews and coordinate with suppliers to procure components and materials

·         Support prototype build and testing activities to validate the design and iterate on improvements as needed

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred

·         At least 5-7 years of experience in mechanical design in the semiconductor industry or related field

·         Proficiency in CAD software (such as Creo/ SolidWorks/ AutoCAD) in designing components and assemblies

·         Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges

·         Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines

·         Knowledge of optical systems and vision technologies is a plus

·         Excellent communication and teamwork skills
