Job Description:

• Maintenance of building infrastructure, exterior and interior

• Repair and maintenance of building fittings and fixtures, such as lights, doors, sanitary fixtures etc in office/ fab

• Coordination and management of contractors, such as lifts and cranes maintenance

• General upkeep of buildings and surroundings

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering

• Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance

• Hands-on experience is a must for performing repairs and maintenance tasks effectively.

• Basic knowledge in mechanical and electrical
