Job Summary:

• Outdoor Sales Engineer (Electro-Mechanical Components) 

• Permanent role

• Basic salary up to $ 4,500 +AWS + Transport Allowance + Sales Incentives

• Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM (Flexible working hour) 

• Location: Ang Mo Kio

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

• Focus on account growth and retention, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups.

• Participate in pre-sales activities such as exhibitions, product demos, and solution discussions with potential clients.

• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations that accurately represent the company’s products and services.

• Collect market feedback on product performance, customer needs, and industry trends.

• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, engineering, quality, and support) to address customer issues and support sales initiatives.
   

Additional Information:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role.

• 2 year of relevant work experience in a similar industry (Manufacturing, Factory, Automotive parts, Semiconductor etc)

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Valid Class 3 driving license and a clean driving record, with the ability to travel to client sites and attend meetings as required.
