Job Highlights:

Working hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)
Salary: up to $4,500 per month
Contract duration: 9 months
Job descriptions:
Coordinate inventory checks and asset tagging with Finance
Manage digitisation and disposal of physical records
Oversee packing and logistics of office items (files, equipment, pantry, etc.)
Liaise with movers and staff for packing and move-day coordination
Support housekeeping and disposal of unwanted items
Post-move, assist with unpacking, setup, and staff orientation in the new office
Collect feedback and support improvements to the new workplace environment
Job requirements:
Only Singaporean.
Minimum Diploma in any related discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
At least 2 years’ of working experience in corporate support/administration/building & facilities management or other related fields.
