The Company’s principal activity is landscape planting, care and maintenance service activities (eg garden installation and maintenance, grass cutting, tree felling, pruning) with building construction n.e.c. as the secondary activity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in both Landscape Architect and ABC Drawings in the production of detailed drawings - Provide technical assistance in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all project work. This includes develop general 2D or 3D CAD drafting in all project phases from concept to implementation ABC and Landscaping Drawings in accordance to clients’ requirement and aspirations. Most clients are our main contractor.

•  To ensure drawings developed meets the required standards and client requirements

• Responsible for updating drawings as per the latest information provided

• Carry out authorities’ submissions and follow up

• Highlight discrepancies and variations on site

• Study design issues and recommend design change for approval

• Carry out approved design changes accordingly

• Track and update samples, material and shop drawings submission and approval

• Working closely with related parties such as our Project Managers, our Maincon / Consultants / HDB Town Council & Engineers, or CAD/BIM team members to ensure successful completion of assignment within the given timeline

• Any other assigned duties.
