The Customer Service Executive reports to the Senior Retail Operations Manager and is a key member of the Customer Service team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive overall shopping experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage general customer enquiries and feedback via phone, email, and social media (e.g., Facebook).
Respond to enquiries and feedback promptly and within the established SOP response time.
Prepare and submit monthly reports including customer service updates, service recovery investigations, and summaries of compliments/complaints/case study presentation slides to the General Manager, Senior/Operations Managers, and Assistant/Retail Managers.
Actively participate in and help run the Customer Service and Mystery Shopper Committee.
Provide support for company events such as BookFest, warehouse sales, and closed-door events.
Coordinate with retail outlets on matters related to promotions, events, stock availability, membership, and other operational concerns.
Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Education and Experience
GCE O-Level or Diploma in Business or equivalent.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service and retail.
SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
