AR Accounts Officer (AWS + VB) (5 Days) (West) (Perm) - #1094035

Our client, a MNC in Jurong East is looking for an  Accounts Officer (AR) to join them! 

Job Scope 

• Prepare and distribute local Accounts Receivable (AR) Statements of Account for AFD and RMD.

• Generate console invoice numbers in SAP for OFD and LGD.

• Follow up on missing invoices and resolve customer dispute queries for AFD and RMD.

• Categorize daily incoming payments, perform reconciliation, and update collections in the SAP system (AFD).

• Conduct monthly AR aging reviews and follow up on outstanding payments for AFD and RMD.

• Monitor Sompo Insurance agent commissions and ensure accurate distribution to respective divisions.

• Serve as backup support for team members through the buddy system to maintain AR operations continuity.

• Provide assistance in resolving billing issues encountered by the operations division.

• Create and update customer master data and charge codes as requested by the operations team.

• Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by the supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).

Requirement 

• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting, partial set experience are welcome. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and the SAP accounting system, with strong IT skills.

Location: Jurong East (Transport Provided near MRT)

Salary: Up to $3500 (Perm With AWS and VB) 

Working Days: Mon - Fri (8.15am - 5.30pm)
