Customer Service Officer/Warehouse Admin (MNC/AWS and Bonus) - #1094832

Job Description

• Basic $2000-$2400 

• Mon To Fri (8.30am-5.45pm)

• Location: West (Company transport provided at Jurong East or Lakeside mrt)

• AWS + Performance Bonus provided 

• Confirmation Increment

• Singaporean only

Job Responsibilities: 

• Liaise with customers to resolve order or shipment issues.

• Manage inventory for the customer’s WMS system.

• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and promptly.

• Conduct initial cycle counts as per schedule and maintain cycle count sheets for audit purposes.

• Reconcile all stock discrepancies.

• Ensure timely and accurate billing with all necessary supporting documents.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 1 year experience in the logistics/shipping industry OR

• Candidates with educational background in Logistics or Supply Chain are welcome to apply, even without prior experience

• Able to support OT.
