Car Lite Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient management and coordination of our fleet of vehicles. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for logistics and a keen eye for detail.

What you'll be doing

• Monitor vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules to maintain the fleet in top condition

• Liaise with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns promptly

• Maintain detailed records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities

• Analyse fleet data to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

• Other Ad-hoc assignments by manager

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fleet management or logistics role

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively

• Proficiency in using fleet management software and spreadsheet applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders

• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in fleet management

• Good past driving record

• Polite, Patience, Meticulous, Responsible, Punctual

• Possess Singapore Class 3 License
