About the role

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced WSHO cum ECO to join our team at Proskill Workforce Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the health, safety and environmental management of our construction projects in the Bukit Batok West Region. Your expertise in compliance and risk mitigation will be instrumental in ensuring the wellbeing of our workforce and the sustainability of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards

• Provide training and support to project teams to promote a strong safety culture

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards

• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimise environmental performance

• Maintain detailed records and prepare comprehensive reports

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a WSHO or ECO in the construction industry

• Proven track record of successfully implementing health, safety and environmental management systems

• Excellent knowledge of workplace safety and health regulations, as well as environmental protection laws

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders

• Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement

• Relevant certifications, such as WSHO and ECO
