Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Processing Shipments: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods for accuracy and quality. Update inventory records accordingly.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular stocktakes, and manage stock adjustments to maintain accurate inventory records.
Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately, label items, and prepare them for shipment, ensuring timely dispatch.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized warehouse layout, optimize storage spaces, and follow FIFO (First In, First Out)
Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified) to move goods safely and efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse supervisors and logistics teams to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Secondary school certificate (O/N Levels) and above.
Experience: 1–2 years in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using warehouse management systems with basic computer applications.
Equipment Certification: Valid forklift operator license is advantageous.
