Senior / Patient Service Associate, SSMC (Novena) - #1093722

You will provide patient-related services, such as patient registration, payment collection and appointment scheduling, as well as perform patient assessment to meet the needs of patients in the Centre.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to registration of patients promptly

• Schedule appointments for patients

• Responsible for billing and payment collection for services performed

• Attend to and provide appropriate advice/information to all customers’ enquiries regarding the Centre’s services

• Practice good housekeeping habits to ensure cleanliness and neatness of the Centre

• Provide secretarial and administrative support

• Any other duties assigned from time to time

   

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Good interpersonal & communication skills

Work Schedule (42 hours per week / Rotating shift)

• Weekdays (except Wed): 8am – 7.30pm (staggered, capped at 8.5 working hours)

• Wednesday: 8am – 9pm (staggered, capped at 8.5 working hours)

• Saturday: 8.30am – 1.00pm (1 sat off per month)
