About the Role

CIX is on the lookout for a Carbon Analysis Intern to support our Intelligence team. This role will involve providing daily support to the CIX Intelligence team, and regular analytical support towards the creation of content including analysis and thought leadership pieces, as well as providing client analytical support to the business unit’s commercial function. The role is perfect for a candidate with strong attention to detail and communication skills looking to gain a strong fundamental understanding of the voluntary carbon market, learn the ropes in market analysis and to get to grips with market dynamics in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collation of data for daily publication and analysis
• Pricing data analysis for value-additive regular and ad-hoc thought leadership content, product R&D, marketing and communications, company presentation slides and in assistance of commercial engagement strategy
• Monitoring of data quality in CIX’s cutting-edge data products
• Additional communication and work with stakeholders in London office
  
  

Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to handle complex data
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for report and deck creation
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• Ideally able to commit full-time for a minimum duration of 6 months.
