Your Impact _____

Working within the Benefit TR APAC Team, the Visual Merchandizing Intern role is to support the brand’s VM rollout across TR APAC. We are currently present in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Saipan and Guam.

Reporting to the Assistant Visual Merchandizing Manager, the role will work closely with various stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Procurement and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of VM projects and excellence in quality of executions across permanent & promotional sites.

The role is based in Singapore, with a contract period of 6 months.



Your Mission _____

VM design, development, and update across TR APAC markets

  • Manage and implement the rollout of VM update across relevant TR APAC markets such as animation displays, tester bars, product planograms and lightboxes, as per VM and Brand guidelines.
  • Plan and prepare planogram updates for submission to retailers, brief Sales teams on update and support execution of rollout.
  • Assist in ordering of collateral for launch updates and animations.


Store Project & Maintenance Support

  • Support VM Manager in preparing briefs for new store and renovation projects.
  • Manage and coordinate any maintenance work required in Travel Retail.
  • Support in store opening preparation.


Launch Animation Support

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to conceptualize and implement product launch campaigns & events e.g. launch pads, HPPs, in-store events.
  • Ensure alignment with local market teams and synergize on launch rollout.
  • Review quality of execution from suppliers and consolidate completion report for follow-up.


Qualifications

Who You Are _____

  • Diploma in Art/Design/Architecture.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Experience with 3D software and AutoCAD good to have.
  • Creative with keen interest in Beauty/Fashion/Luxury.
  • Able to communicate design requirements effectively & efficiently with both internal and external teams.
  • Good understanding of shopper journey and retail environment.
  • Able to work on multiple projects with tight timelines.
  • Actively takes initiatives and able to work independently to resolve VM problems.
  • Well organized with good time management.
  • Team player with good communication skills and committed to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
