Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall finance and accounting function of the Company. Oversee the operation of Finance department of subsidiary(ies) of the Group, as assigned.
• Responsible for daily accounting operations, intercompany activities, management reporting, statutory reporting, GST filing, tax filing and preparation of quarterly financial reports for submission to US Corporate Office for consolidation
• Manage treasury operations matters including cash management, forecasting, and financing.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax, and government authorities where required.
• Manage fixed assets & assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Support management in investment reviews, business analysis and other ad hoc projects.
• Establish and enforce appropriate accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or ACCA or CA Singapore or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably as an accountant in a MNC / Manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in working in any ERP system.
• Strong technical knowledge, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
• Meticulous, self-motivated and has a positive attitude.
• Possesses a strong sense of responsibility with the ability to direct and supervise.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
