Human Resources Executive (Talent Acquisition) - #1032097

Responsibilities:

• Involvement and support for the entire recruitment process, including arranging for interviews.
• Carried out the proper procedures for on-boarding and off-boarding for staff.
• Training new frontline staff with regards to Company’s patient service blueprints and standards (e.g. patient greetings, handling difficult customers, creating a smooth journey for patients within the clinic, service recovery etc)
• Implement service improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve workflow.
• Analyse and review internal procedures and data to uncover service lapses.
• Assist the Head of HR in managing operating policy and procedural improvements, including process maps/flowcharts.
• Assist in HR improvement projects as and when assigned by Head of HR
• Any other duties to be assigned by your Reporting Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HR, Business Studies or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced working environment
• Meticulous and organized
