HR Administrative Executive - #1174327

We are looking for a HR Administrative Executive to support our team in both HR operations and day-to-day administrative matters. This role is suitable for someone who is organised, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding
• Prepare onboarding kits and materials for new starters
• Manage and maintain sales reports and ensure information is accurate and updated
• Prepare and process reimbursements
• Coordinate and ensure weekly payouts for the sales team are prepared accurately and on time
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Directors, including handling ad hoc tasks and projects
• Assist with general HR and administrative duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related fiel
• Prior experience in HR, administration or recruitment is an advantage
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
• Comfortable handling numbers, reports and administrative documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
• Fresh graduates with relevant experience or strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply
