Project Manager (Civil & Structural) [SL] - #1174312

Lead the project team from project commencement through completion and the Defects Liability Period.

Prepare and monitor the master project schedule to ensure timely completion.

Ensure construction works comply with ISO standards, quality procedures, EHS requirements and relevant environmental practices.

Ensure work quality meets clients' and consultants' requirements.

Ensure compliance with relevant authorities' regulations and requirements.

Coordinate with clients, consultants and project owners on technical matters and project submissions.

Resolve technical issues and oversee the submission of shop drawings, material samples and other required documents.

Work with the Quantity Surveyor (QS) to plan and manage the appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.

Monitor subcontractors' work progress and ensure compliance with project schedules and contractual requirements.

Monitor project costs and keep expenditure within the approved budget.

Lead and supervise the project team to maintain productivity and effective teamwork.

Coordinate project handover and manage defect rectification works during the Defects Liability Period.

Perform other duties assigned by the Project Director.
