Sales & Marketing Manager

Salary: $5000 - $6500 + Transport Allowance $1,500 + Commission

Working Days: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm

Location: Lentor

Job Responsibilities

Lead, coach and supervise a team of 5 outdoor Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and business growth
Set sales targets, monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve sales results
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue
Build brand awareness through product launches, promotional campaigns, trade shows and digital marketing activities
Plan and coordinate marketing activities, including product catalogues, social media promotions and dealer campaigns
Conduct weekly sales and project meetings to review project progress, market trends and competitor activities
Monitor competitors' products, pricing and marketing strategies to identify business opportunities
Provide recommendations to management on pricing strategies, inventory planning and wholesale market positioning
Oversee customer credit limits, payment terms and outstanding payment collections
Work closely with the accounts team to review outstanding debts and collection activities
Prepare sales performance reports, forecasts and monitor sales pipeline through the CRM system

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Experience in carpet, flooring or related interior materials industry will be an advantage
Proven experience in leading, coaching and managing a sales team
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence for client visits and site meetings
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
