Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Thai Chef with at least 5 years of expertise in authentic Thai cuisine to prepare dishes, maintain food quality, manage kitchen operations, and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes following traditional recipes and techniques to ensure genuine flavors.
• Consistently deliver high-quality food with excellent taste and appealing presentation.
• Apply strong knowledge of Thai ingredients, sauces, and cooking methods to create diverse menu items.
• Manage daily food preparation tasks and oversee kitchen operations to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain strict kitchen cleanliness and uphold food hygiene standards to ensure safety.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to support smooth and timely service.
• Operate wok cooking independently to prepare various Thai dishes.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Thai cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of authentic Thai cooking and flavors.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
