Tender Manager/ Quantity Estimator - #1174292

The company integrates innovative lighting technology, multimedia and creative design to deliver immersive, visually engaging experiences for landmark developments, attractions and public spaces.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Lead end-to-end tender activities, including tender document review, tender planning, commercial bid preparation, cost estimation and price compilation. Coordinate technical teams for bid proposals.
• Carry out quantity take-off and cost estimation, prepare bill of quantities, conduct vendor enquiry and comparison, control tender cost and risk, and submit bid documents.
• Liaise with clients and consultants for tender clarifications. Support contract negotiation and cost documentation for variation orders upon award.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor Degree or above in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in tendering and cost estimation, with experience in lighting / M&E Design & Build projects. Familiarity with Singapore measurement rules is an advantage.
• Proficient in cost estimating software. Competent in written and spoken English for commercial bid documentation, with strong cost and risk assessment capability.
