Project Engineer - #1174269

We are seeking a driven and meticulous Project Engineer / Site Engineer ( in mechanical process utilities and process piping to cleanroom, equipment hook-up and facility maintenance works)

• Oversee site preparation, execute temporary works as planned, and manage daily on-site operations.
• Supervise, control, and lead workmen and junior supervisors, ensuring high standards of building performance, quality, and cost control.
• Maintain accurate daily work records, including tracking and documenting additional work claims to clients and from subcontractors.
• Act as the primary point of contact to coordinate, liaise, and manage project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Communicate project objectives, design systems, and budget constraints effectively to all parties involved.
• Prepare and create detailed work schedules, weekly progress updates, manpower allocations, and resource planning.
• Monitor, follow up, and compile comprehensive progress reports for consultants and clients.
• Handle the preparation and timely submission of project-related documents.
• Interpret engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations and design work.
• Review supplier and subcontractor tender specifications, obtain competitive quotations, and verify that offered equipment/materials comply fully with specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate and enforce the safety management system on-site to maintain a zero-harm work environment.
• Ensure all engineering and site practices align with Singapore Standards (SS) and Codes of Practice (COP).
• Execute any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Reporting Manager
