BIM Project Coordinator [SL] - #1174295

We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to support project execution through BIM drawing production, technical coordination, quality management and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM drawings and models using Revit.

• Convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into 3D drawings and models.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve technical issues.

• Ensure drawing production and site progress meet project schedules.

• Maintain quality documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and LOD requirements.

• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with quality and EHS standards.

• Coordinate inspections and project handover to achieve customer satisfaction and good CONQUAS / QM scores.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
