Are you passionate about software, system testing and automation? We are looking for a motivated Test Automation Engineer to support the development, testing and optimisation of advanced semiconductor systems and solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys combining software development, troubleshooting and system integration to improve product performance, reliability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and maintain system test plans, test procedures and automated testing solutions.

• Perform system-level testing, debugging and troubleshooting to identify software, hardware and integration issues.

• Develop and enhance test automation scripts using programming languages such as Python, C#, Perl or other relevant tools.

• Analyse test results, system logs and performance data to identify defects and recommend improvements.

• Support system integration, validation and verification activities.

• Work closely with software, hardware, process and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

• Maintain test documentation, technical reports and relevant testing records.

• Continuously improve testing methodologies, automation processes and system reliability.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Mechanical or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in system testing, software testing, test engineering or automation.

• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Python, C#, Perl or similar.

• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, system integration and test automation.

• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, testing systems, MES/CIM, equipment automation or data analysis will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
