1. HR Leadership & Strategic Planning

• Provide overall leadership and direction to the People & Culture team.

• Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organisation's business objectives and long-term growth.

• Partner with the Deputy CEO and senior management on workforce planning, organisational development and people-related matters.

• Establish HR priorities, monitor departmental performance and drive service excellence.

2. Talent Management & Organisational Development

• Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified talent.

• Develop talent management, succession planning and leadership development programmes.

• Drive performance management initiatives and promote a high-performance culture.

• Lead organisational change, employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.

3. HR Operations & Employee Relations

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, retention and exit management.

• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and support managers in resolving workplace issues.

• Oversee payroll, compensation and benefits administration.

• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organisation.

4. Governance & Compliance

• Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment legislation and regulatory requirements.

• Review and enhance HR policies, procedures and internal controls.

• Oversee HR reporting, workforce analytics and management information.

• Identify HR-related risks and implement appropriate control measures.

5. HR Transformation & Improvement

• Lead HR system enhancements, digitalisation and process improvement projects.

• Identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency and employee experience.

• Drive cross-functional HR initiatives and organisational development projects.
