Prepare nutritious and delicious meals according to residents' dietary requirements and Dietitian instructions.

Prepare special diets and meals according to IDDSI food texture guidelines.

Understand and attend to residents' individual food preferences and requests.

Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained.

Ensure proper food handling, storage, preparation and kitchen cleanliness.

Provide guidance to colleagues on food preparation and dietary matters.

Assist with basic resident physiological monitoring when required and appropriately trained.

Support colleagues in assisting residents with daily living activities, excluding toileting duties.

Participate in food safety inspections, quality audits and improvement activities.

Perform other duties as assigned.
