CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - #1174149

The Customer Service Executive will oversee daily operations, including shipment coordination and inventory management. The role requires excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

• Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service to customers via phone, email and live chat.

• Handle customer enquiries and concerns on shipment tracking, delivery schedules and product availability.

• Resolve complaints or issues related to lost, damaged or delayed shipments in a timely manner.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability for orders.

• Assist with inventory control procedures and stock audits to maintain accurate stock records.

• Update and maintain inventory data using the inventory management system.

Shipment Coordination

• Coordinate with shipping companies and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

• Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping labels and customs documentation.

• Track shipments and keep customers updated on the status of their orders.

Reporting and Documentation

• Generate reports on customer service metrics, shipment status and inventory levels.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback and resolutions.
