Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader - #1173925

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff in carrying out daily cleaning activities at clients' premises.

• Assign cleaning duties and delegate ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Monitor and inspect cleaning activities to ensure work is completed according to the required standards.

• Follow up on clients' cleaning requests, periodic cleaning schedules and feedback.

• Manage staff deployment and ensure staff clock in and out accurately through the company's attendance system.

• Monitor and check the company's cleaning management system regularly.

• Ensure staff maintain proper grooming, personal hygiene and compliance with company standards.

• Maintain accurate records of cleaning equipment, machinery and inventory in the cleaning store.

• Ensure cleaning equipment, machinery and supplies are properly maintained and available for daily operations.

• Coordinate with clients and management on operational matters and cleaning requirements.

• Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the cleaning industry.

• Bilingual, with good communication skills to liaise with clients and management.

• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and machinery.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good leadership, supervisory and organisational skills.

• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.

• Willing to work at various locations islandwide.
