Marketing Communications Executive - #1173822

Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across advertising, marketing collateral, sales promotions, events and partnerships to support branding and business objectives

2. Manage digital marketing activities across SEO, paid media, social media, CMS, CRM, eDM and CRO, creating engaging multi-format content and leveraging marketing analytics and audience insights to improve campaign performance and ROI

3. Develop and manage calendars for campaigns, content, promotions, events and key initiatives

4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns and initiatives effectively

5. Build and manage relationships with media, influencers, sponsors and external partners to extend reach and create commercial opportunities

6. Manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality, timeliness and cost-effectiveness in delivery

7. Champion brand consistency across all communications and ensure adherence to brand guidelines

8. Stay abreast of emerging platforms, marketing technologies and AI tools to enhance content, campaigns and marketing efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma or degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or a related disciplineAt least 2 years’ experience in marketing communications, digital marketing or a related field, with experience in integrated campaign management

• Working knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, paid media, social media, CMS, CRM, eDM, CRO and marketing analytics

• Strong content creation skills with experience developing multi-format content and familiarity with relevant content creation and editing tools

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners

• Excellent organisational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects and events concurrently

• Data-driven, creative and proactive, with strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset

• Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
