Job Summary

You will proactively develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and engage customers. Collaborate with sales and management teams to deliver measurable marketing outcomes that support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns across online and offline channels to drive brand visibility and lead generation
• Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing activities to enhance customer engagement
• Create marketing materials, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and promotional content that align with brand messaging
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities to maximize outreach and impact
• Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for informed marketing decisions
• Generate and manage marketing leads, collaborating with the sales team to convert opportunities into revenue
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, business partners, media, and external agencies to support marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with designers, advertising agencies, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, preparing regular reports to measure ROI and effectiveness
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure campaigns and activities are delivered within allocated resources
• Support corporate branding efforts by ensuring consistency of the company’s brand image across all marketing channels
• Perform additional marketing and business development duties as assigned by management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or event marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital marketing tools
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective stakeholder engagement
• Excellent organizational and project management skills applied to coordinate multiple marketing initiatives
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently to meet marketing objectives
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage for broader communication reach
