Job Description

• Lead, supervise, and manage the M&E team in carrying out maintenance and engineering works.
• Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and project execution activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor site works to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve site issues and technical discrepancies.
• Ensure all operations comply with client requirements, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate performances of vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure service quality and contractual compliance.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure efficient system operations and problem resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and tracking of project and maintenance activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV or equivalent + minimum 7 years relevant working experience, OR
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV or equivalent + minimum 10 years relevant working experience
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Green Building Technology)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and handle pressure in a complex environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong experience in building services or facilities management will be an advantage.
• Relevant BCA Academy qualifications will be a strong advantage, such as:Specialist Diploma / Advanced Certificate in M&E Coordination Supervision & Coordination in M&E WorksGreen Building Operations & Maintenance
