• Mon to Fri ; 8:30am to 6:00pm
• West area
• Freight forwarding industry

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and issue shipment pre-alerts promptly to prevent delays.
• Coordinate daily outbound shipment arrangements with freight forwarders, including vehicle arrangements, collection schedules and shipment status, until handover is completed.
• Liaise with warehouse operations, the Control Tower team and freight forwarders to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor planned outbound shipments and ensure cargo is ready for dispatch according to the required schedule.
• Verify shipment information and ensure all necessary documentation is available before dispatch.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and supporting documents for operational tracking and reporting.
• Update logistics systems in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor shipment progress, identify potential delays or collection issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Provide regular shipment status updates, highlighting issues, potential impacts, responsible parties and follow-up actions.
• Track outstanding actions with freight forwarders and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Escalate shipment delays, missed collections and other operational issues promptly to the relevant team.
• Support operational reviews and provide shipment information and reports when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Comply with all safety requirements and standard operating procedures.
