WARP DIGITAL PTE. LTD.

Date: 5 hours ago
District: Singapore
Salary: $3,500 - $10,000 / month
Contract type: Full time
WARP DIGITAL PTE. LTD.

Sell a proven growth programme to the owners of Singapore's preschools and tuition centres, and earn uncapped commission on every client you sign. You'll win new clients for WARP Digital, from the first conversation to the signed agreement and first payment. We prefer previous sales experience. If you're newer to sales and can show real drive, we want to hear from you too.

Why this role

  • You sell a programme with eight years of results behind it. The numbers are below.

  • You pitch the owner. The person in the meeting is the person who signs.

  • You work warm enquiries from our own ads as well as the pipeline you build yourself.

  • Our AI-assisted sales system researches every centre before you meet the owner and drafts your follow-ups and proposals. Your hours go into conversations with buyers.

  • You work directly with our co-founder, who leads sales today.

  • You learn sales and marketing at the same time, from a team that runs both every day.

  • Your commission has no cap.

Where you'll be in a year

  • You have your own book of clients: centre owners who know you by name and introduce you to other owners.

  • You prospect, pitch and close without our co-founder in the room.

  • You know how an ad becomes an enquiry and an enquiry becomes an enrolment, and you can use that in any business you work in.

  • You're on the path to senior roles and to leading the sales team as it grows.

About WARP Digital

We grow enrolments for education businesses across Singapore: preschools, tuition and enrichment centres, student care, and children's sports, music, arts and dance academies. We plan each centre's offer, run its ads, build its registration page, track every enquiry and coach its team on enquiry follow-up.

Since 2018 | SGD 3M+ ad spend managed | 250K+ parent enquiries | SGD 65M+ enrolment revenue

We work with some of the biggest education providers in Singapore.

Our team covers strategy, media buying, creative and account management. Once you sign a client, our account team runs the delivery and you go back to selling.

Who you'll sell to

Singapore has more than 200,000 preschool places, and 718 tuition centres were registered with MOE in January 2022. That's before you count enrichment centres, student care and children's academies. Every one of them needs new enrolments each year to replace the students who move on.

You'll sell to the owners of established centres, most turning over SGD 300,000 a year or more and many running two or more locations. You'll meet them at their centres and on Zoom.

What you'll sell

Our main offer is a six-month growth partnership, with four- and five-month programmes for smaller centres. Each one builds a centre's enrolment system:

  • Positioning and an offer parents respond to.

  • Meta and Google campaigns, with creative made in-house.

  • A registration page built to turn visits into enquiries.

  • Tracking, so the owner sees where every enquiry came from.

  • Coaching for the centre's own team on enquiry follow-up.

Our team runs the ads. Your job is to understand what the owner wants, show them how the programme gets them there, and ask for the decision.

How a sale runs here

  1. The lead comes from your own prospecting, a referral or an enquiry from our ads.

  2. A qualification call checks the centre is a fit.

  3. A discovery meeting, at the centre or on Zoom, finds what's stopping it from growing enrolments.

  4. A proposal meeting presents the plan and the investment.

  5. The owner signs, pays the first invoice and moves to our account team with your written handover.

You run every step, with our co-founder beside you on your first proposals.

What you'll do

  • Build your own pipeline through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, walk-ins, events and referrals.

  • Follow up and qualify the enquiries that come to us.

  • Run discovery meetings and work out whether a centre's gap is its marketing or its own follow-up.

  • Present proposals, handle objections and close.

  • Collect the first payment and hand each new client to our account team with a written brief.

  • Keep every deal up to date in our sales dashboard, and record your calls on Fathom for review.

How you'll start

Your first week is training. You learn the offer by joining our co-founder's meetings and listening to recorded calls.

Then you start selling. Our co-founder backs you on your first deals, and you close on your own as soon as you're ready.

What the job asks of you

Most owners you contact will say no, or not yet. You'll call and message owners you don't know every working day, meet many of them at their centres across Singapore, and be measured on clients signed. Every call is recorded, and you'll get direct feedback on it within 24 hours.

It's hard work, and it's how you build a book of clients of your own.

How we work

  • We review sales numbers every working morning, so you always know where you stand.

  • Every meeting starts with a written brief, and every new client moves to delivery with a written handover.

  • Every stage of the sale has a written playbook, from the first message to the proposal, and you'll add to it as you learn what works.

  • Your tools are ready from day one: our sales system, call recording software, our sales dashboard, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Zoom.

Who we're looking for

We prefer people with previous sales experience. If you're newer to sales, apply only if you meet every requirement below.

Your mindset and goals

  • You want a long-term career in sales, and you can tell us what you want to earn and achieve in the next two years.

  • You want to be paid on results, and uncapped commission motivates you more than a set salary.

  • You own your numbers. When a month goes badly, you look at what you did and change it, without blaming the leads, the market or the product.

  • You go after people and opportunities without being told, and you can show us one thing you went after and won. If you're newer to sales, that could be a part-time sales job, a side business, a competition or a team you built.

  • You're ready to reach out to business owners you don't know every day, and you keep going after a "no".

  • You invest in getting better through books, courses or a coach, and you take direct feedback and change on the spot.

Also required

  • You follow up on time, every time, and keep your pipeline up to date.

  • You write and speak English fluently, because our proposals, emails and many client meetings are in English.

  • You can hold a business conversation in Mandarin, because many of the centre owners you'll sell to prefer to discuss business in Mandarin.

  • You're based in Singapore with the right to work here. We can't sponsor a work pass for this role.

Preferred

  • Previous sales experience with targets, ideally selling services to business owners. Agency, media, property, insurance, enrolment and high-ticket consumer sales all count.

  • Numbers you can stand behind: your best month and your biggest deal, and your win rate if you track it.

  • Clients you found through your own prospecting.

  • Some knowledge of digital marketing or the education sector.

What you'll earn

  • A base salary of SGD 3,500 to 4,000 a month plus CPF, set by experience.

  • Uncapped commission on every client you sign, with a higher rate when you found the client yourself. We take you through the full plan at interview.

How to apply

  1. Click Apply on this page.

  2. Attach a CV that shows what you've sold, with your best month or biggest deal in numbers. If you're newer to sales, show the best thing you've gone after and won.

  3. Answer the screening questions.

We review every application and will contact only shortlisted candidates to schedule an interview.

We hire on the skills and drive described above. Applicants of every race, age and background are welcome.
