Kitchen Sales - #1173613

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Kitchen Cabinets Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, understanding their kitchen requirements, recommending suitable cabinet solutions, and managing the sales process from initial consultation to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Meet customers and understand their kitchen layout, requirements, budget and design preferences.

* Recommend suitable kitchen cabinet designs, materials, finishes, accessories and appliances.

* Prepare quotations, proposals and product specifications.

* Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales.

* Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements when required.

* Coordinate with designers, contractors, installers and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

* Manage customer relationships throughout the project, from quotation to installation and handover.

* Follow up on outstanding payments and project-related issues.

* Develop new sales leads through referrals, walk-ins, online enquiries and other channels.

* Achieve individual and team sales targets.

* Keep up to date with kitchen design trends, cabinet materials, hardware and competitors’ products.

Requirements

* Interior Design background is preferred.

* Sales experience in kitchen cabinets, interior renovation, furniture, building materials or related industries is preferred.

* Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

* Customer-focused with a strong sales and service mindset.

* Able to understand basic kitchen layouts, dimensions and space planning.

* Basic computer skills; experience with design or quotation software is an advantage.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Possess a positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.

* Experience in Singapore’s renovation/interior design industry will be an advantage.
