Community Experience Coordinator - #1172967

We are looking for a Community Experience Coordinator to support the daily operations of our venue at Westgate. This role is responsible for ensuring activities are operated safely and efficiently while delivering a positive and engaging experience for all our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate activities in accordance with company safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Conduct daily equipment and safety checks before commencement of operations

• Assist guests with activity preparation, briefings, and general enquiries

• Engage with guests professionally and maintain a positive guest experience throughout the day

• Support the set-up and pack-down of operational areas and activity stations

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the site

• Monitor weather and operational conditions to ensure safe operations

• Report incidents, hazards, or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly

• Work closely with team members across departments to support smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment

• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays

• Prior experience in attractions, operations, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
