Assistant Manager, Sales - #1173078

Trident Air is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team, manage client pipelines, and accelerate revenue growth for our advanced air purification technologies. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, assisting the Sales Manager in driving new business acquisitions while retaining and nurturing existing institutional and corporate accounts. The ideal candidate possesses a mix of B2B sales expertise, excellent pipeline management capabilities, and a passion for public health and clean air technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Assist the Sales Director in developing, implementing, and executing strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets.
• Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Proactively identify prospective corporate, commercial, and public health clients; manage the end-to-end sales pipeline within the CRM system.
• Account & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, B2B distributors, and institutional stakeholders.
• Team Operations & Mentorship: Provide daily operational support, guidance, and training to sales specialists to help optimize conversion rates.
• Client Presentations & Demos: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and technical presentations showcasing the efficacy of Trident Air’s purification solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to optimize promotional campaigns and alignment.
