Senior/Executive, Regional Marketing (Market Engagement) - #1172873

Key Purpose

Support regional market engagement and marketing activities across the IVD portfolio, including product launches, exhibitions, market research, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence. Partner with Product Management and Scientific Affairs teams to develop marketing strategies, sales tools, and value-based messaging that support business growth across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

• Support regional exhibitions, seminars, congresses, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and localize marketing materials, sales tools, and product launch collateral.
• Conduct market research, surveys, and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and insights.
• Support KOL engagement, HCP programs, and reference site development across the region.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Scientific Affairs teams on disease-state marketing and product positioning initiatives.
• Deliver product and market-related training to regional sales and marketing teams.
• Participate in regional and global projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Medical Technology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing, product management, or market development experience within the IVD, clinical diagnostics, or medical device industry.
• Strong product knowledge of IVD instruments, assays, laboratory workflows, and diagnostic testing applications is required.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing, troubleshooting, and clinical diagnostic pathways.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Product management experience in an MNC environment is advantageous.
• Proactive, customer-focused, creative, and results-oriented team player.
• Willing to travel regionally (approximately 30%-40%) and support occasional weekend events.
• Candidates with more extensive relevant experience may be considered for a higher-level position.
