Restaurant Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, and contribute to the restaurant's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
• Lead, train, and mentor staff to maintain high service standards
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and payroll in collaboration with HR
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
• Track inventory, manage supplier relationships, and control costs to meet budget targets
• Drive sales through promotional strategies, upselling techniques, and guest engagement
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements
• Prepare reports on performance metrics, revenue, and operational KPIs

Requirements & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., SS 600 / HACCP certification preferred)
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
