Residential Site Engineer (Solar Projects) - #1172522

Job Responsibilities

· Supervise daily project site teams to ensure productivity and timely completion of scheduled works.

· Prepare sales orders for materials and inventories required for confirmed projects.

· Plan manpower allocation at least one week in advance and establish project commencement and completion schedules.

· Provide daily project progress reports directly to the Business Head.

· Prepare and present project schedules and manpower allocation plans using Odoo software during weekly Business Development and Operations meetings.

· Use Helios cope to design residential rooftop solar PV systems and AutoCAD to draft residential single-line diagrams.

· Conduct quality control inspections upon project completion and prepare quality control reports for each residential project.

· Coordinate closely with the Residential Business Development team and Business Head on project scheduling and completion timelines.

· Use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for daily work and reporting.

Requirements

· Preferably a Chinese candidate who can communicate effectively in English, Mandarin and Malay.

· Experience in solar panel installation, roofwaterproofing or painting works will be an advantage.

· Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licenseor Class 2 motorcycle license.

· Basic computer skills, including MicrosoftOffice applications.

· Experience with Odoo project management softwareand Helioscope is an advantage. On-the-job training for Odoo will be provided.

· Strong project coordination, manpower planningand site supervision skills.

· Able to work independently and meet projectdeadlines.
