Business Development Executive - #1172518

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth for our food products.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food and F&B industry.

● Source and approach potential customers, including restaurants, food businesses, distributors and other relevant clients.

● Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

● Conduct sales presentations and introduce the company’s products to prospective customers.

● Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and negotiate with customers where required.

● Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards overall business growth.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.

● Work closely with the operations and management team to ensure smooth fulfilment of customer orders.

● Attend customer meetings, site visits, trade events and other business development activities when required.

● Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, sales activities and business opportunities.

● Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

● Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development or a related role.

● Experience in the food, F&B, food distribution or FMCG industry will be an advantage.

● Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

● Comfortable with cold calling, client visits and actively seeking new business opportunities.

● Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.

● Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

● Good organisational and follow-up skills.

● Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence would be an advantage if the role involves customer/site visits.
