Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.


• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.


• Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.


• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.


• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.


• Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.

Sales Manager Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor/ Master Degree in any streams


• 3-10 years’ experience in End to End Management of Retail and Wholesale Food Processing


• Must have 3-5 years End to End Food processing work experience in FAASOS PRODUCTS


• Ability to win the RFP by showcasing the complete success stories of Faasos Food Product knowledge and bring more business


• Ability to lead the team and complete the end to end Infra setup for Food & Beverage Customers


• Ability to provide new strategies and coordinate with the customers on New Food Product Launches


• Expertise in F&B Accounts Management and provide complete setup for customers


• Strong communication skills


• Creating and implementing a sales plan


• Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress


• Analysing sales data
