Job Scope
- Comb through a high volume of old hardcopy and digital records such as State titles and files for data retrieval, verification, and entry.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma
- Good reading, writing, and comprehension skills. Staff must be able to understand State title conditions and clearly explain any identified issues
- Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (eg Word, Excel). Staff should be able to operate laptops, access existing and in-development systems (eg LRME, LBS, etc.), and troubleshoot issues confidently
- Experience in data retrieval, data verification, and data entry
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
Contract Duration: Immediate till end-Sep 2027
Working Arrangement
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm
- Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: $15 per hour (approximately $2,520 - $2,730 per full month of service). Salary will be pro-rated based on the actual service period.
