Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding activities
• Handle workforce administration, including monthly employment renewals
• Oversee staff dormitory arrangements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Administer employee leave records and maintain accurate HR documentation
• Support and execute additional HR and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably in a contractor or construction environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
