Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire training registrations, enrolments, and onboarding-related training requirements.
• Facilitate registrations for airport and mandatory training programmes through relevant learning platforms.
• Communicate training schedules, requirements, and completion guidelines to employees.
• Support the planning and administration of internal and external training programmes, including enrolment, venue arrangements, invitations, attendance tracking, and evaluations.
• Monitor mandatory training completion, certification validity, and renewal deadlines.
• Maintain accurate training records, databases, trackers, attendance logs, training hours, and evaluation documents.
• Prepare and support submissions for training grants, funding applications, and absentee payroll claims where applicable.
• Verify training invoices and supporting documents prior to submission for payment processing.
• Provide reception and visitor support when required.
• Coordinate courier services and assist with office administration, pantry supplies, workplace readiness, onboarding logistics, and uniform distribution.
• Support additional HR, training, and general affairs projects assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR administration, Training Administration, or a related function.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, training trackers, and government training grant portals.
• Knowledge of training administration, record management, compliance tracking, and payment processing.
