BAR MANAGER - #1171583

Manage the daily operations of the bar and ensure smooth, efficient service.

Lead, supervise, train and motivate the bar team.

Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties according to operational requirements.

Maintain high standards of beverage preparation, presentation and guest service.

Develop and maintain the cocktail, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic beverage offerings.

Monitor beverage quality and ensure consistency according to company standards.

Manage beverage inventory, stock levels, ordering and stock control.

Conduct regular stock counts and minimise wastage, breakage and discrepancies.

Monitor beverage costs and assist management in achieving cost and sales targets.

Ensure the bar is clean, organised and properly stocked before and during service.

Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.

Work closely with the Restaurant Manager, kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety and responsible alcohol-service requirements.

Support floor operations and guest service when required.

Assist with events, promotions and other operational requirements.
