Singapore & Malaysia Project Sites

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support our chicken manure carbonization waste wood carbonization production lines. The role focuses on routine equipment maintenance, repair work and on-site troubleshooting.

· Singapore and Malaysia project sites, depending on operational and maintenance requirements.

· Carry out routine inspection, repair and preventive maintenance of production-line equipment.

· Perform welding and repair work on machinery, steel structures, piping, hoppers, conveying equipment and related components.

· Inspect, diagnose and rectify common mechanical faults during equipment operation.

· Assist with repair or replacement of motors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, belts, fans, pumps and other mechanical components.

· Support equipment maintenance, emergency repairs and necessary on-site modifications.

· Monitor equipment condition, identify abnormalities promptly and recommend appropriate repairs or improvements.

· Maintain tools, spare parts and basic maintenance records.

· Comply with site safety procedures for hot work, high-temperature equipment and mechanical maintenance.

· Carry out other equipment maintenance and technical duties assigned by the company.

· No minimum educational qualification required.

· At least 5 years of experience in machinery maintenance, factory maintenance or similar on-site maintenance work.

· Must be proficient in welding and able to independently perform general equipment and steel-structure welding repairs.

· Good understanding of basic mechanical equipment, with strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills.

· Experience in gas cutting, TIG welding, fitting, piping repair, motor repair or gearbox repair will be an advantage.

· Able to use common maintenance tools and measuring instruments.

· Strong practical ability and willingness to learn, with the ability to become familiar with the company’s equipment and maintenance requirements quickly.

· Able to work in high-temperature and industrial production environments.

· Able to respond to urgent repair requirements when production equipment breaks down.

· Responsible, safety-conscious and able to work well with the production team.

· No age restriction, provided the candidate is physically able to perform the required maintenance duties.

4. Employment Type

· Full-time position, primarily responsible for on-site equipment repair and maintenance.

· Work assignments may involve both Singapore and Malaysia, depending on project and production needs.

· Basic salary: SGD 3,000 per month.

· Overtime (OT) payable separately.

· Additional allowance(s).

· 13th-month salary / Annual WageSupplement (AWS).

· Three meals and accommodationprovided by the company.

· Other employment benefits and entitlements will be provided in accordance with applicable Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements.

· Interested candidates should provide a brief résumé, previous maintenance experience, key welding/repair skills, earliest available starting date, current location, and whether they are able to work at project sites in Singapore and Malaysia.

Candidates with strong industrial maintenance experience, solid welding skills and the ability to independently diagnose and rectify mechanical faults will be preferred
