Job Summary

Understand customer requirements for renovation and rebuilding projects and deliver tailored home design solutions. Manage project execution from sales closure to completion, coordinating with suppliers and securing both private and public contracts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret customer requirements for renovation and rebuilding projects to develop effective design solutions
• Plan and optimize space layouts to meet customer needs and preferences
• Design home interiors including lighting, toilet accessories, and cabinetry to enhance functionality and aesthetics
• Create simple drawings to support fabrication processes and ensure accurate execution
• Communicate design intent and final specifications clearly to suppliers to facilitate production and delivery
• Upsell relevant products by identifying customer needs and presenting suitable options to increase sales value
• Close sales by negotiating and finalizing agreements with customers to secure business
• Secure and manage both private and public renovation projects, ensuring compliance with regulations as a registered HDB renovation contractor and general builder class 2
• Oversee project execution post-sales, coordinating resources and timelines to deliver projects on schedule and within scope
