Our esteemed client in the Environmental Services industry is seeking a HR cum Admin Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: HR cum Admin Executive
• Location: Tuas (Transport provided)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + Transport Allowance* + Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential employee records, including personal and leave records.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Check attendance, timesheets and overtime records for payroll processing.
• Monitor employee confirmations and performance appraisals.
• Prepare HR documents including employment contracts, confirmation, increment and promotion letters.
• Support recruitment and liaise with recruitment agencies/ vendors.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc HR reports.
• Coordinate employee training programmes and external training providers.
• Assist with company events and staff welfare activities.
• Support the HR Manager and departments on HR and administrative matters.

• At least Diploma in HR Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s Employment Laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office.
